Installation Specifications:
Mechanical Installation: Use flange or threaded mounting. Ensure adequate access (≥1.5m in front of the cabinet, ≥0.8m in back of the cabinet) and avoid humid or corrosive environments.
Electrical Connections: Properly connect the 24V DC power supply and fiber optic interface to prevent electrostatic damage. For IGCT modules, ensure crimping pressure and heat dissipation contact.
Cooling System: An aluminum alloy heat sink is recommended to keep the module junction temperature below 100°C. The closed-loop water cooling system requires a redundant pump design to maintain optimal water temperature.
Maintenance Requirements:
Regular Inspection: Verify component integrity, wiring security, and cooling system operation monthly, and replace filters and seals.
Troubleshooting: Use LED status indicators or diagnostic tools to locate faults (such as abnormalities on the axis computer board or driver board). Professional intervention is required.
