Current output is unaffected by cable resistance and distributed capacitance; there is no signal attenuation over kilometer-long cables; the high-temperature probe is located away from the transmitter circuit, preventing electronic components from aging at high temperatures. Suitable for gearboxes and compressors in oil immersion/spray environments.

  I. Core Structure and Principle

  Sensing Core: Centrally symmetrical shear piezoelectric ceramic, electrically isolated shell, extremely low base strain, low thermal drift, and strong long-term stability.

  Split Transmitter Structure

  Probe + stainless steel corrugated shielded cable + independent built-in transmitter box, fully sealed and welded;

  The transmitter unit has a built-in charge-to-current circuit, eliminating the need for an external charge amplifier;

  2-wire modulated current output, anti-interference, ultra-long-distance transmission.

  Protection Level: Overall airtight welding, resistant to lubricating oil, cooling water, steam, and dust.

  Comparison with CA280 from the same manufacturer: CA280 is a bare charge output probe, requiring an external charge amplifier; 444-311-000-123 has built-in transmitter and current output, simplifying field wiring.
